Sana Naturals Skincare Collection + A Giveaway!

Last week I had the pleasure of meeting Kasia O’Reilly, Founder of Sana Naturals, at an event in Dublin. We got chatting and she told me all about her business creating a simple yet luxurious skincare collection. I’m no beauty product expert but I loved the sound of her handcrafted, 100% natural range and was absolutely thrilled when she offered to run a giveaway here on Happy Magazine.

Kasia O’Reilly, Founder of Sana Naturals

Kasia’s love for nature and passion for what she does is obvious. She says growing up she’d spend days in her granny’s luscious garden picking wild plants, digging clay from the rich Polish soil and making herbal potions and natural remedies. This passion eventually developed into creating her own natural skincare as she sought to find solutions to her own skin problems.

Straying from the trend of a complicated skincare routine of synthetic-laden products, she took a back-to-basics approach. She formulated with wild plants, nourishing botanical oils and healing clays – cherished by women since ancient times for their healing and beautifying properties.

Kasia personally hand-crafts her products in micro batches to preserve the freshness and potency of the natural ingredients. Designed to be kind to delicate complexions, each formula reflects the brilliance and healing power of nature and contain only undiluted active botanicals – offering highly concentrated potions to help restore your skin’s natural balance.

Products to soothe, smooth and rejuvenate

Sana means ‘healing’, ‘healthy’ and to ‘shine’ and ‘glow’ in different languages. Kasia’s simple yet luxurious skincare collection is created with problematic and sensitive skin in mind, however the products offer indulgence and soothing comfort for skin of all types and ages.

Kasia very generously sent us three products. One, the serum, I will be road-testing here at Happy Magazine – I’ve been trying a small sample-size tester and I’m very impressed already. I’ll write a full review soon, once I’ve tried it for a couple of weeks. The other two products Kasia sent us are the Heavenly Balm, a multi-tasker product for skin and hair, and a natural charcoal Teeth Whitener. We’re giving away these two items, with a little twist – to enter, we’re looking for readers that would be happy to let us know about their experience of the product after they’ve used it, so we can let all of our readers know. More on this below.

Here are the details of the three products…

Heavenly Balm

Deeply nourishes dry skin – hands, feet, elbows, lips etc – and can also be used as a hair repair mask before washing. Also great for hair styling and taming frizziness, especially for dry, curly hair. Kasia has also received great reports from people struggling with dry, flaky skin conditions who have tried this product. €33.95

Teeth Whitener

This water activated blend ignites the whitening and detoxifying forces of organic coconut charcoal and kaolin clay to gently remove plaque and teeth stains and draw out impurities, while the peppermint oil works to neutralise bacteria and freshen up your breath, encouraging healthy teeth and gums. €23.95

Serum

A moisturiser, serum and an under eye treatment all in one. Designed to help tackle multiple skin issues including dryness, too much sebum, tendency for breakouts, broken capillaries, irritation and dark under eye circles. Nourishes skin and regulates sebum production while soothing any irritation, strengthening the capillaries and keeping breakouts at bay. Due to the vitamin C content, it helps increase the skin elasticity and brighten up the complexion. It replaces the need for a moisturiser and under eye cream or if the skin is dry, it can be layered over the moisturiser and other skincare products. It was recently selected as a Panel Pick in the Hi Style magazine Best Beauty Buys. €37.95

Heavenly Balm please. I have to arse plant my posterior to close my weekend travel case everytime I load all my lotions, potions & unguents. Sana Heavenly Balm seems an all-in-one, all purpose moisturiser for face, body & my unruly Afro.

Heavenly Balm please. An all-in-one Facial, Body & Hair moisturiser would make a weekend travel case easier to close without the assistance of a large bottom sitting on it.
