I did something I’ve never done before yesterday. I listened to the same podcast episode twice in one day. Yes, really.
Why? Well, it was so good the first time, I needed to hear it again. And, it was complex – about the meaning of life, spirituality, being in the moment, the mind-body connection and so much more. Frankly, it blew my mind – in a good way. I needed to listen to it again to really get my head around it.
What was it? It was an episode of Oprah’s SuperSoul Conversations podcast series, with the mind-body connection man himself, Deepak Chopra.
In the episode Oprah and Deepak discuss living in the present, what spirituality is to them, the difference between self-esteem and self-image and so much more. Here’s how the episode is described on Apple Podcasts:
