Yoga for Gratitude

Our theme here on for the month of March is gratitude, so I was delighted to find this Yoga for Gratitude practice from Yoga With Adriene recently on YouTube.

While some days it is no doubt easier to feel more grateful for the good in our lives, finding and cultivating a sense of gratitude every day can be a powerful catalyst for creating a more positive mindset. And it’s not about pretending things are okay when they aren’t. Rather, it’s a practice for reevaluating what is important for you to help you stay positive, calm, centered, and balanced. I’ll definitely be taking thirty minutes out to roll out my mat and get grateful with this today, and I hope you might too.
