Who says holidays have to be full of unhealthy eating?
I love the latest video from Sadia at the Pick Up Limes YouTube Channel where she shows what her and her partner eat on a day exploring on holiday in Gran Canaria, Spain.
They buy fresh ingredients while travelling and put together a simple but nutritious breakfast and packed lunch in their self-catering accommodation, before heading out for the day. Then you see what they eat that same evening while out in the nearest city.
Holidays don’t have to be filled with the same stereotypical meals – burger and chips, spaghetti carbonara, pizza etc. You can put together wholesome meals with just a few simple ingredients from a local grocery store and a few kitchen utensils and stay on track with your health goals.
Let me know if you enjoy this video, I’d love to hear in the comments.
