Thrive Festival is an exciting new health, fitness and wellness event by the team behind Taste of Dublin. We’re giving away two tickets – have you entered yet?
Over 2 days next month, Thrive Festival will host over 200 fitness classes, wellness workshops and cookery demos in one state-of-the-art venue. Thrive Festival aims to unite fitness fans and wellness warriors for the ultimate wellbeing event of 2019.
A health and wellness event that you tailor to you
Thrive Festival takes place Saturday 30 & Sunday 31 March 2019 in the iconic Convention Centre, in Dublin city centre.
At Thrive Festival, you can join over 50 of the most exciting health and wellness figures from Ireland, the UK and beyond, including:
- Signature speakers such as Gemma Atkinson & Dr Hazel Wallace – The Food Medic
- Big brands such as lululemon, PoundFit, Fitvision & Zumba
- Demos, talks and workouts from Jasmine Hemsley, Indy Power, Pip Stewart, The Gut Stuff, Tom Coleman, Alan O’Mara, Food Flicker and many more
What makes Thrive Festival unique is that the day is built by YOU, allowing you to tailor your experiences and match your own goals. You can choose up to 5 experiences over 20 stages of fitness, talks, demonstrations, nutrition, mindfulness and wellness. You can experience yoga, pilates, boxing and boutique workouts, some debuting for the first time in Ireland, such as Ballet Beautiful.
Leading the Saturday line up is Gemma Atkinson while on Sunday at Thrive Festival Dr Hazel Wallace takes to the stage as Signature Speaker.
Having recently released her debut book “The Ultimate Body Plan”, Gemma Atkinson is known to many as an actress, radio host and Strictly Come Dancing finalist. Gemma will be speaking at Thrive about her lifestyle changes using her 21-day plan. Speaking about her journey she said, “The plan is 100% focused on feeling great rather than vanity. You’re far more likely to stick to something if you are doing it for sustainable long-term results (to feel great) rather than to hit a certain number on the scales.” Gemma shares the same ethos as Thrive Festival and over the weekend attendees can gain practical takeaways to make similar positive changes in their lives.
Dr Hazel Wallace returns to home shores for Thrive Festival and will be inspiring attendees with her wealth of medical and nutrition experience so attendees can put the science into day-to-day practical changes to the way they live. Hazel said “I like to think of myself as one of the first of a new generation of doctors. I am passionate about maximising health through how we live our lives – including food, physical activity, sleep, stress management, and our social connections.”
