Yoga, yoga, yoga… How I missed you. Somehow you fell off my list of priorities in the run-up to Christmas and even in the early days of this new year. But, no, not anymore, I’m so glad you’re back in my life!
I finally found my way to Yoga With Adriene‘s YouTube channel for a yoga practice this morning and saw that she is running a 30 day yoga journey for the new year called Dedicate:
I filled up my water bottle, rolled out my yoga mat in my living room and put the Day 1 video on.
It was just divine.
A slow, easy introduction back into yoga, back into finding your breath, back into joining your body and mind. I just loved it and I felt wonderful afterwards.

I hadn’t planned on doing a 30 day yoga series, but honestly after enjoying this first video so very much today, I really am inspired to follow the next few days and see how I feel.
