Your New Normal – A free online course for the New Year from Directionality

Did your cancer diagnosis steal your courage? Do you find yourself saying no to things that once upon a time you would have said yes to? Do you feel under pressure to say you’re fine even though deep down you feel a bit broken and a bit shaken and a bit confused and not at all like you used to be? Do you feel guilty that you got a ‘good’ cancer? Do you feel sometimes that life is simply out of your control? Have you lost confidence and trust in yourself?

Would you like to do something about it?

Starting on 7 January, join Psychology Coach Niamh Gaffney from Directionality on a FREE* 4 week Resolution Rocker course that will help you recognise your own power, realise your own choices and regain that lost courage and confidence.

Using tools from positive psychology and medical coaching, and limited to the first 30 participants who apply, this online course has been specially designed by cancer survivors for cancer survivors to gently help you design and live your new normal, on your terms.

Sign up by sending an email to before 3 January.

*The course is free, but if you could spare it, Niamh would appreciate a small donation to mental health charity A Lust for Life if you do take a place on the course.
