Last year we attended the inaugural Fresh Resolutions event in the RDS and it was an inspiring way to kick off the New Year. We were delighted to see the event is making a return and will be happening again on 5 January, this time in partnership with The Happy Pear.
It’s particularly aimed at young professionals, so if you’re recently back to work after a cancer experience, this might be right up your street.
So what’s it all about?
Fresh Resolutions is an annual coming together of Ireland’s leading experts in the areas of health, wellness, and personal development – equipping people with all they need to get started on their personal goals for 2019.
This time around, The Happy Pear twins David and Stephen Flynn will be providing complimentary food throughout the day as well as giving a keynote talk titled ‘Recipes for Health & Happiness’.
Also speaking again this year will be Alison Canavan – award-winning author and wellness coach; Fiona Brennan – nationally acclaimed hypnotherapist; Gina London – communications expert and former CNN anchor, and many others.
Attendees can expect to gain insight in the following areas:
- Nutrition and Training
- Wellness and Mental Health
- Goal Setting and Personal Motivation
- Budgeting and Financial Planning
At the launch of the event Alison Canavan said: “Fresh Resolutions is an innovative event encouraging people to think bigger and actually walk the walk of wellbeing. It encourages us to start the year with renewed vision and passion for a better life every day. Last year’s event was electric with so many like-minded people coming together to connect, which is exactly what real wellness is – connectivity, community and collaboration”.
Fresh Resolutions will take place on Saturday, 5 January at Dublin Castle. It will feature 4 inspiring keynotes, 2 panel discussions, 6 functional workshops and will host 500 attendees.
