A meditation for relaxation

Miriam Kerins Hussey joins us today with a short meditation for relaxation which explores breathing into all the different areas of our body.

Listen to it before you get out of bed, or in the afternoon with a cup of herbal tea at your side… Or, if the day gets away from you, keep it mind for bedtime and listen to it just before you go to sleep.
