Today I want to tell you all about Alison Canavan’s Full 360 Series. After a very successful run last year, this particularly special event is back and happening in Limerick and Dublin in the next couple of months:

Complete holistic self-care
The sole focus of each event is complete holistic self-care. We have a detailed report of the Full 360 event we attended last September here if you’d like to read exactly what you can expect. I absolutely loved it and it kickstarted a whole journey of health and wellness improvements for me.
Alison’s philosophy is that real wellness can only truly be achieved when we connect the dots for ourselves with our own health and wellbeing. The Full 360 aims to introduce people to manageable behaviour changes and habits that are possible to include into your daily schedule.
At a Full 360 event you will learn:

Each event includes uplifting, motivational speakers, a healthy nutritious lunch, a mini vibration workshop, a restorative yoga session and a goody bag packed with amazing products.

12 noon – Everyone seated – kick off and welcome note from Alison with meditation intro
12:20 – 1pm Juicing and Blending Demo with Juice Therapist Laura Armada Buch
1-2pm LUNCH BREAK – Delicious healthy lunch with juices provided by The Juice Works Ireland – The Official Juice Partner of the Full 360
2-2:05pm – Welcome back and 5 minute meditation
2:05 – 2:30 – Gratitude/I Am and setting intentions
3-3:10 – Bathroom break
3:10 – 3:30 – Vibration workshop – Uplifting words and language used with self
3:30 – 3:45 – Digital detox and Sleep
3:45 – 4pm – Anxiety/Stress workshop – Tips, techniques and foods to help ease and prevent anxiety
4:05- 4:20 – Dave Kavanagh – Money is energy
4:20 – Closing remarks
5:15 – 5:45pm – Restorative YOGA and Sound Healing with Puranshant Kaur
6pm – HOME
