Thinking about Thinking – Dr Clare Kambamettu at WellFest 2018

Today we’re bringing you Dr Clare Kambamettu’s talk on ‘Thinking about Thinking’ from WellFest last weekend.

In her talk, Dr Kambamettu talks about the importance of taking care of our mental health through spending some time thinking about our thinking.

She talks about anxious thinking and what that looks like and also some simple cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques to help when you are experiencing anxious thinking.
