Is this an ok session when going through chemo? I am finding I am only able for restorative and Yin at the mo as my body feels 'off.
Hi Colette, I'm no expert but I think this session would be ok – it's quite restorative in nature and not particularly challenging. I would go at your own pace and listen to your body throughout – making sure not to force yourself in any way. I hope this helps! Do let us know how you get on with it, would love to hear.
