To all our readers in Dublin – our contributor Miriam Kerins is holding her monthly Breathe & Be yoga event for March this Saturday and we think you’ll definitely want to fit it into your weekend.
Miriam’s Breathe & Be events take place once a month in Union Café in Mount Merrion, Dublin. A morning event from 10am-1pm, the focus is on movement, meditation, conversation and relaxation to energise and rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit.
Miriam has a truly beautiful way with yoga – her sessions are real opportunities for reflection and self-nourishment. We attended her January Breathe & Be event and spent weeks afterwards telling everyone how incredible it was. We found such peace and tranquillity during the session and felt so calm and refreshed afterwards – it was wonderful.
The event incorporates yoga, integrated wellbeing techniques and tools, meditation, cleansing breath work and real honest conversations about life, it’s challenges and it’s beauty.
If you are in need of a little TLC, feeling a bit anxious or wound-up this week and in need of some calm, some centring, some time to really just breathe and be, this is definitely for you.
