A friend of Happy Magazine sent us this lovely yoga sequence especially for people going through or recovering from breast cancer treatment.
60 minutes long with 35 poses, it would make a lovely home workout. If you’re finding it hard to get outside with the cold weather, this could be a great exercise alternative for you that you can do in the comfort of your own home. Simply roll out your mat (or a towel) on the floor, have your laptop or iPad close by for reference, and away you go. Enjoy.
