With all the talk of New Year resolutions about, we thought we’d better bring you a home workout video!
Here at Happy Magazine HQ we aim to get in at least 30 minutes of exercise in every single day. This could be hoovering the house from top to bottom, a long walk to the shops, some yoga or a shuffling jog outdoors – we don’t run very fast but it still feels fabulous to get the wind in your face and the wonderful endorphins that follow.
