I try to get out for a walk every day. If I don’t, I try get exercise some other way – by hoovering the house or doing a home workout, or going out to a yoga class. Thirty minutes of exercise every day is supposed to have incredible long-term benefits on your health – from reducing your cancer recurrence risk to keeping your heart strong and healthy.
