Time for You: Yoga for Anxiety

Today we’re bringing you a twenty minute yoga practice for anxiety from our favourite YouTube Yoga Star, Yoga With Adriene. If you’re feeling in any way stressed or anxious this morning, we encourage you to roll out your mat or even a towel on your living room floor, get this video playing on your laptop, iPad or TV, and get going. Taking some time out for you, re-centring and breathing deep into each pose will leave you feeling calm and refreshed. Don’t worry about not doing every pose perfectly, listen to your body and just do what feels right for you. Enjoy!
