We’ve got four copies of a great guide from the World Cancer Research Fund to give away. It’s a booklet for people living with cancer and those having cancer treatment who want to know more about how to cope with the common side-effects but also want to follow as healthy a diet and lifestyle as possible.
It is a general guide and is not suitable for people who are eating very little, have lost a lot of weight unintentionally or are receiving palliative care, as they will need specialist information and advice.
If you would like a copy, please drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your postal address and we will post one out to you. First four to reply will receive one.
You can also read this booklet online here.
If you have completed treatment and feel able to eat normally, the World Cancer Research Fund have another booklet available to read online, Healthy Living After Cancer, with lots of useful information about healthy eating and being active that may be more suitable for you.
There are also some other excellent resources on the World Cancer Research Fund site in their section called Booklets and Factsheets. There is a Healthy New You Planner as well as a Men’s Health Guide, just to mention two. If you’ve got some time today, check out this link and see if there’s something there that could help you.
