Have you heard of Pat Divilly? He’s an Irish fitness expert, author and entrepreneur based in Galway. We were hooked, and it’s free, so we signed up faster than you can say, hey Pat! We’ve completed the first part of the challenge, an 11-minute video with two homework exercises involving some journaling. We really enjoyed it and are looking forward to our next email.
Today, we got another mail from Pat, this time about a new Yoga Challenge he’s doing in partnership with Centra. As you all know, we love a bit of time on our Yoga mats here at Happy Magazine HQ! So we had to find out more about this one too.
It’s called the November Live Well Yoga Challenge – a 15 minute Yoga-style exercise plan that will get everyone feeling better through the medium of Yoga, devised by Pat Divilly and Molly McKeever, a Yoga Instructor and Blogger.
The exercise routine is coupled with a healthy eating plan, made up of 15 minute recipes for those who are stuck for time and handy printable meal and activity planners.
While we might not be able to follow the full fitness recommendations by Pat and Molly in this challenge, we think it could be a great way to get our daily exercise in, and get it in indoors, now that the weather has turned a bit colder. We’re getting ready to roll out our yoga mats on the living room floor and give this challenge a try.
