5 Ways with Overnight Oats

Want breakfast ready for you in the morning? Easy – soak some organic porridge oats in the fridge overnight and then top with one of our 5 flavour combinations below when you get up – and breakfast is served! Healthy and nutritious and if you make it in a glass jar you can take it with you on the go – perfect if you have an early treatment appointment.

Master recipe

1/2 cup organic porridge oats
1/2 cup water or milk of your choice (organic whole, soy, almond or other)

In a small bowl, combine your oats and water or milk. Leave in the fridge overnight. In the morning, top with one of the following flavour combinations and enjoy! Eat cold or heat it up (before you add the toppings) if you prefer.

Flavour combinations

Berry Bliss
Contains vitamin C, fibre, vitamin K, antioxidants, omega 3

1/4 cup chopped blueberries
1/4 cup chopped strawberries (organic if possible)
1 Tbsp ground linseed
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Banana Bread
Contains potassium, omega 3, antioxidants 

1/2 banana sliced
1 Tbsp chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Drizzle of raw honey

Peanut Butter
Contains protein, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory powers 

1 Tbsp peanut butter
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Drizzle of raw honey

Fruit & Nuts
Contains fibre, protein, vitamin E, calcium

1/4 cup sultanas
1/4 cup Marcona almonds
1/4 tsp almond extract
1/4 tsp ground cardamon

Chocolate Dream
Contains iron, manganese, magnesium, zinc, flavonoids 

1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Drizzle of raw honey
1 tsp dark chocolate shavings
